All our products are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All items must be checked and any problems reported to us within 24hrs of receipt. 

If your order has been placed within our normal working lead times and your item arrives damaged or there are any issue with delivery, then we will replace your order.

If your order is urgent and not within our lead times, we are not able to replace or refund.
