Every item we create is custom-made to order by our small, dedicated team. From your initial design brief to the final handcrafted finish, here is how your order moves through our studio:

• Design & Approval: Once your order is placed, it enters our design queue. We will send you a digital proof to review and approve before anything is made.
• Production: After you approve the design, your order moves to our production line to be printed, cut, and assembled.
• Lead Times: Our standard turnaround is 7–10 working days, as every product is made specifically for you. Delivery is free on orders over £99.99.
• Delivery: Once finished, your order is collected by our courier. You will receive a shipping notification via email and SMS with a tracking link to follow its journey.

Please note that during busier periods, custom designs may occasionally take a little longer than our standard lead times. However, if you let us know the specific date you need your order by, we will always work to ensure it arrives safely with you before then.

Orders may take longer to arrive in the event of circumstances outside our control. Our delivery courier is DX Express. Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive notifications by text or email. If there are any delays with your order, please contact DX directly on 0333 241 5051

Urgent/Express orders are placed and prioritised, there is an express fee of time of placing of £14.99 per order.

These are placed at your own risk, we can ensure they leave us however if your order is delayed, damaged or lost in transit we do not refund or replace in time for your event.

A replacement can still be sent but the credit is not transferable onto another product.
