
Delivery
Every one of our products are carefully made to order.
From the moment you place your order every member of our small team is involved, from helping you decide on what is suitable for you, designing your dream display, to printing, cutting, glueing and packing.
We work to 7 - 10 working days as standard as every product is made and or designed to order.
Once you have placed you order it will then go into a design queue, we will send you a proof for approval based on the brief we have received from you.
Once your order is approved it then gets proceed and put into our production line. When printed, it will be collected to by our courier and sent on a next day delivery.
A shipping notification will then be sent to your email address and mobile number provided from here you can track your parcel.

Urgent Delivery
Urgent/Express orders are placed and prioritised, there is an urgent order charge at time of placing of £10 per order.
These are placed at your own risk, we can ensure they leave us however if your order is delayed,damaged or lost in transit we do not refund or replace in time for your event.
A replacement can still be sent but the credit is not transferable onto another product.
