All of our products are made to order, for this reason we do not accept returns.

If there is a problem with you order or it arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to replace this for you asap.

Please note our lead times of 7-10 working days are based on delivery, please leave extra time for checking your order once it arrives in time for your event.

If your order is urgent and not within our lead times, we are not able to replace or refund.
