All of our products are made to order, for this reason we are not able to refund or accept returns.

If there is a problem with you order or it arrives damaged, it is required you contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to replace this for you asap.

Please note our lead times of 7-10 working days are based on delivery, please leave extra time for checking your order once it arrives in time for your event.

We're happy to accommodate urgent orders, for a express shipping fee of £9.99.

Please note that last minute orders are completely at your risk - we will do everything we can to get your order printed and out on time however once this has left our office it is in the hands of the courier. If your order is urgent and not within our lead times, we are not able to refund or accept returns.
