All items are made to order and customised based on your specifications. Please ensure all details provided during ordering (including text, photos, and dimensions) are accurate and final. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that include offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate content.

2. Payment & Pricing

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all custom orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or loss caused by incorrect delivery details.

4. Returns & Replacements

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will replace the item where appropriate.

Proof of the issue (e.g. photographs) may be required to process replacements.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and branding used on our website are the intellectual property of Cardboard Kustomz and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our products or services for unlawful or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to cancel orders and block users who violate these terms.
